GRAPHIC DESIGN

Forget Me-Not
The idea behind forget-me-not was inspired by my honors capstone research at the James Museum, researching art therapy techniques for individuals with Alzheimer’s and designing therapeutic tours for client groups. I recognized a need to design a researched, therapeutic, and accessible product that would allow caregivers of individuals with AD to connect and offer similar activities in an at-home environment. With age being the leading risk factor for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, mobility, logistical ease, and design all needed to be accessible, distinct, dignifying, and still maintain a nostalgic and friendly feel within the gameplay experience.
Personal Identity
In a world where individuality reigns supreme, crafting a custom personal self-identity branding project is a journey of self-discovery and expression. It begins with introspection, delving into one's passions, values, and aspirations. From there, strategic elements are chosen to reflect this essence, such as a unique logo, color palette, and typography, all encapsulating the individual's persona. Consistency is key across various platforms, from social media profiles to professional portfolios, forging a cohesive narrative. The aim is resonance, to connect authentically with audiences and stakeholders, leaving an indelible mark that embodies the essence of the individual behind the brand.

Book Covers
As a graphic designer, book cover design is a cornerstone of my portfolio. It's not just about making a book look attractive; it's about capturing the essence of its content in a single image. Each cover is a visual story, a synthesis of typography, imagery, and composition that draws readers in and invites them to explore further. A compelling book cover doesn't just adorn shelves; it becomes a doorway to imagination, sparking curiosity and anticipation. In my portfolio, showcasing diverse book covers demonstrates my ability to communicate complex ideas visually.
